About the Role
Perimeter Aviation is hiring Medevac Captains for our 24/7 fixed-wing medevac operation based in Winnipeg, MB. You’ll operate time-sensitive medical missions throughout Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario, flying with a dedicated medical team under CARs 704. This is a demanding, highly respected role serving remote and Northern communities where your decisions matter every day.

What We Offer
• Minimum salary: $122,316.48 annually with 78 minimum credit hour guarantee.
• Per diem Rate: $4.70 per hour, Additional Pay per trip
• Optional Pilot Retention Bonus, up to $20,000 per year

What You Bring
• Valid ATPL
• Minimum 1,500 hours total time
• Minimum 500 hours Multi PIC time
• 3,000+ hours total time preferred
• Multi-engine and IFR experience required
• Prior medevac or northern ops experience an asset
• Strong CRM, judgment, and team coordination under pressure
