Maybe call the Waterloo-Wellington Flight Centre or some other local flight schools and ask who they use. They'll often have a phone number direct to the examiner.

Maybe contact another region and they can chase it up for you, I always found Winnipeg to be more efficient than the Calgary office.

Would you happen to have the contact information for that region? If you just look up General Aviation Transport Canada Winnipeg you should be able to find their e mail, and yes, just let them know that your region are not getting back to you
