Maybe call the Waterloo-Wellington Flight Centre or some other local flight schools and ask who they use. They'll often have a phone number direct to the examiner.

Maybe contact another region and they can chase it up for you, I always found Winnipeg to be more efficient than the Calgary office.

Would you happen to have the contact information for that region? And you mean to basically ask them that I reached out to Ontario and tell them I haven't heard anything?

If you just look up General Aviation Transport Canada Winnipeg you should be able to find their e mail, and yes, just let them know that your region are not getting back to you
