Job Opportunity: Aerospace Manufacturing Engineers (10+ Positions)
Location: On-site – Winnipeg, Manitoba
Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)
Commitment: Full-time, with weekend/overtime availability as needed
About the Role:We are actively seeking ten (10) or more Manufacturing Engineers to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. These engineers will be pivotal in supporting production operations, troubleshooting technical challenges, and driving process improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role in a high-energy environment, ideal for problem-solvers with a passion for engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations.
Diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze and improve production processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, planning, and shop floor.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and production schedules.
Document processes, develop work instructions, and support training initiatives.
Required Qualifications:Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of Engineering.
Registered or eligible for registration with a provincial order of engineers (P.Eng) — registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM) is a strong asset.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or related engineering environment.
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required to support production.
Preferred Assets:Production Planning experience.
Familiarity with composite or aerospace manufacturing processes and environments.
