We are actively seeking ten (10) or more Manufacturing Engineers to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. These engineers will be pivotal in supporting production operations, troubleshooting technical challenges, and driving process improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role in a high-energy environment, ideal for problem-solvers with a passion for engineering excellence.
Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations.
Diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze and improve production processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, planning, and shop floor.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and production schedules.
Document processes, develop work instructions, and support training initiatives.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of Engineering.
Registered or eligible for registration with a provincial order of engineers (P.Eng) — registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM) is a strong asset.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or related engineering environment.
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required to support production.
Production Planning experience.
Familiarity with composite or aerospace manufacturing processes and environments.
