Opening: Flight Coordinator/Flight Follower

Department: Administration

Job Description: Duties include front end customer services; preparing quotes; scheduling pilots and aircraft; flight following; pre and post flight paperwork. The individual in this position often acts as the liaison between other divisions so strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This role is for a self-motivated individual with a very customer service orientated attitude. Role requires employee to work at the Edmonton International Airport and to be flexible with respect to the work schedule.

Education: High School Diploma

Skills: Computer skills including good knowledge of Excel, Word and Online Applications. Previous office administrative experience and the ability to work independently required. Scheduling or previous dispatching experience an asset as is any post-secondary education. Experience in aviation is preferred but not necessary if you are willing to learn.
