Can someone fill me in on this "Induction AME" as advertised on this site. I think it's the first time I've saw this.

looks like is when a new aircraft is brought into the fleet, introduce--- induction.

It's exactly that.

Record upcoming inspections. Create a maintenance schedule for inspections and components coming due.
Compliance with Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives.
Calendar inspections for ELT's, fire extinguishers, other ops equipment.
Ensure aircraft is equipped with items required by the company for operational requirements.
