Description:
Superior Airways is currently looking for motivated dockhands to join our team for the 2026 float flying season. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level pilots as well as students still in flight school to experience working at an established float operation. Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset, but not required.
Our fleet of float aircraft includes:
Two (2) DHC-3T Turbine Otters
Two (2) C208 Amphib Caravans
One (1) DHC-2 Beaver
One (1) C-180

Qualifications:
• Legal right to live and work in Canada
• Valid driver’s license (class G or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to work safely and effectively alone and in a team environment
• Adherence to all applicable Transport Canada rules and regulations
• Coordination with dispatchers, ground staff, and flight crews with regards to flight operations
• Safe loading and unloading of aircraft
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers
