For this purpose, we are looking for AME contractors in YQT.
POSITION NAME: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Part-time/on-call contractor position
YOUR TASKS:
- Carry out line maintenance (daily, weekly, service checks) on various aircraft types.
Perform other work on aircraft as outlined by applicable Inspection Instructions, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins in accordance with accepted practices.
Ensure that all items of work are recorded and signed out as required on the applicable Maintenance Control forms.
Carry out any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor/manager.
Track and plan maintenance activities and coordinate with Dispatch as required.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Must have a valid Transport Canada AME M2 license and B737NG/MAX endorsements
Must hold a valid RAIC and AVOP for YQT
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Bi2).
Ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
