is looking for a Full Time Class 1 Instructor

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Class 1 Instructor, you will be responsible for the theoretical and practical training of Class 4 instructor candidates and supervise Class 4 flight instructors in the absence and/or request of the CFI.
This includes, but is not limited to:
● Ensure that all instruction is given in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and standards
● Develop and update training programs for flight instructors
● Supervising and evaluating the performance of flight instructors in training
● Provide ongoing support and advice to flight instructors
● Prepare and deliver ground school, briefings, and simulator sessions
● Mentor instructors, monitor instructor and student progress and providing constructive feedback
● Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
● Uphold school safety and quality standards

Requirements:
● Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Instructor Rating (Aeroplane)
● Valid Cat.1 Medical and ROC-A License
● Strong teaching abilities and a passion for developing the new aviator
● Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, commitment to professionalism and student safety
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
● Group 1 or 3 Instrument Rating is an asset but not a hard requirement
