Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Shops Crew Lead, the NDT Technician will perform inspections on a variety of aeronautical products and support the overhaul, repair, and servicing of aircraft components for our global fleet.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing NDT inspections in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
- Maintaining and calibrating NDT tooling and equipment
- Interpreting technical drawings and maintenance documentation
- Overhauling, repairing, and servicing aircraft components
- Completing inspection reports and maintenance documentation
- Maintaining compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and industry standards
- Occasional travel for field inspections as required
- Level I Certification in ET, UT, MP or PT required
- Level II Certification in ET, UT, MP or PT considered an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing production requirements while maintaining quality standards
- AME License considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems considered an asset
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
