This procedure to convert to UK ATPL (I'm guessing it's gonna be something similar or same for EASA) is enough to make an average Canadian pilot to cry themselves to sleep.

Unless you go fly for BA (which is not EASA anymore), your wife would still be jealous. But, you can show her the BA FA's and tell her that's how Europe is. Then go for ULCC, those FA's are smoking hot. Captain salary? 7-8000€ after all deductions flying A321s ->150k CAD after deductions which is equivalent to 240k CAD salary in Canada (260k if in YUL). Base yourself in Portugal or Spain and your cost of living will be 2x lower than at AC. Not to mention QOL.

If you just wanted to hang out with smoking hot FA, go to Asia. Most airlines there pick FA's with the same standard as Models. And they all provide Visas. Not to mention most places you can rent a luxury apartment for 1000-1500, like high end luxury. Not sure if you can do that in England.
