JMC Aviation is currently recruiting for an experienced Engine Shop Manager to join an established aviation business supporting turbine engine maintenance, repair and overhaul operations in Montreal, Quebec.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven MRO leader to take ownership of a busy turbine engine shop, leading multiple teams and driving operational performance, quality, efficiency and on-time delivery across the business.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience within a turbine engine MRO environment
- Previous leadership experience managing Supervisors, Crew Chiefs or production teams
- Strong knowledge of turbine engine maintenance, repair and overhaul processes
- Understanding of OEM technical publications and approved technical data
- Experience working within aviation quality systems and regulatory requirements
- ERP system experience (Aerotrac, SAP, AMOS, Ramco or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is highly desirable
