should I apply Again
Hi, well I had the interview but I guess I was not what they were looking for. Recieved an email stating that I could re-apply . I was just wondering what you guys think. Has anyone else been turned down, re-apply and get in the second time around. Thanks
yup, took a year and change to get the second interview. It is still the best choise I could have made. (Waiting it out that is)
Most of the reasons I hear for not getting hired are.....
Not prepared for the interview, the interviewers can really tell.
Just on the line for requirements. (just build a little more time, they are really trying to get away from extra training if they can)
Sometimes the interviewer and the interviewee do not see I to I about issues. If the 3 do not agree, well you are not going to be offered a job. I did not have the same interviewers a year later. WHich I think in my instance was good.
Incidentaly, it was like I got kicked in the gut when I got turned down. I got over it though, slowly. At the end of the wait, if successful, is great and well worth the wait!
