Does Piedmont Hawthorne still have a facillty in YYZ are has the name been changed to Landmark Aviation.If any one can provide a contact on the ground side of things Thanks

Piedmont Hawthorne no longer exists anywhere. They were renamed Landmark Aviation about a year ago. It's still the same company, management, and employees.

If you are trying to get a job on the ramp there, make sure you are willing to do work....not like the rest of those slackers there. The only 2 that work/care there is Graham and Bianca...the rest are basically useless. Graham does everything for us, and we dont even need to ask.

If you're looking to fly there, avoid the hassle, come to Hamilton. Four FBOs on the field serving ESSO, Air BP, AvFuel and Shell. Not that far from Toronto, no time restrictions, no time slots, not a long driving distance to Toronto, KW, Brantford etc.

If you're flying to GTA:

For the south end of GTA, try Toronto Island.
For the north/west end of GTA, Brampton.
For extreme west of GTA, Burlington.
For the east end of GTA, Buttonville.

Without a very good reason to go there, most
GA aircraft stay away from yyz.

Don't forget the landing fees..Befor 9 pm it's around $160 to $170 for light aircraft . After 9 pm it's a bit cheaper.. I don't know if they charge ramp fee .. Just avoid it..
