CARSON AIR AKA SIFC -WHAT"S THE DEAL??????

Post by ericcorolla »

This is really starting to bother me. Is there some reason as to why Carson Air doesn’t have the common courtesy to answer an email? Or are they just simply trying to get rid of all those applicants beating down their door?? It’s really too bad that there is only one flight school to service Kelowna and Vernon…I long for the days of Carson air to be shut down!

Seriously, what’s the deal with that school???

What kind of training are you looking for? Did you try Southern Skies in Penticton? This school offers good training.

Montair in Boundary Bay might be able to figure something out for you.... thats like a 3.5hr drive to kelowna from the airport. If you want more info I know an instructor that works there.... just PM me

Southern SKies is 45 minutes south of Kelowna and has an Integrated Commercial Pilot Course. They do thier MIFR in an Aztec.
Closer and cheaper than B.Bay.

I'm really sorry you feal that way about Carson. I work for them and I am very surprised to hear that they have not been emailing you back. I know that they care about their students. If you want pm me with the email you sent them and I will bring it into the office and make sure it gets the attention it deserves. Sorry for that!

Likewise, I'm surprised Eric. (We've discussed the school before, I think?)

I know the guy who runs the joint very well and he's not the type of guy to let an email go unnoticed. I suspect something else is going on - maybe a technical glitch?

To the previous poster - drop me a PM, I'm sure we know each other. I worked there a "while" ago...

Cheers,

Pugster
