Depends were you work,FBO's pay very well especially those in Alberta and also FBO's that are busy such as YVR,YYZ,YUL etc...The major fuel companies such as PLH pay the head guys very well also,although job security can be a issue with them...I would say in a lead management position you should see between 40-60 per year.Again it all depends on location but those are the averages...

I'd imagine my boss makes at least 80 grand a year, but he's also the airport manager. That's just a guess though, his salary is confidential.

You mean there are airports other than Hamilton? When did this happen?
