Calgary Pilot Supply

Post by Snow Monkey »

Thought I'd post this publicly. Over the past several years I have used Calgary Pilot Supply for my publications. They have always made sure they ship them to me where ever I might be as soon as they can. Recently I had to purchase a new headset, I wasn't able to use it straight away. However (2 months after purchase) the first time I used it, the mic was hooped. I took it in to see what they could do. The supplier, Telex doesn't do exchanges. They require them to be sent out for repair. Saddly I couldn't send it out and didn't want to buy a new one so I figured I was stuck with a functioning ear piece and no boom mic until time permitted it could be repaired. The sales team at the store told me to leave the matter with them and they would get back to me in the next day or so ( yeah right  ). Well holy shit 20 minutes later they phoned  , replaced the headset after talking to their local supplier :D .
So thanks for the great customer service that you and your staff provides, keep it up. I for one will continue to make my avaition based purchases with you.

Nice to see a positive thread, especially one that envolves the nice people at Calgary Supply. I have bought a few things there and the employees are very helpful.
And the prices are very fair.

Cheers.

I couldn't agree more.
I've been shopping around for another headset besides telex for the company. I asked for input on a certain headset and since they had no idea, they gave me a ten day demo. If we didn't like it they'd refund the $$$.
The headset is loved by all so that worked out great. Thanks guys.

Wish I had of bought my GPS from these guys instead of Radio World. At RW they don't know the meaning of customer service.

Cheers to CPS,

I was undecided as to which headset to buy, I had two in mind. wanting to try them out, I bought both of them on the condition that if I didn't like either of them i'd send them both back, or I keep the one I liked best. They agreed and were great about the return.

Keep up the great work!

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Post by Always Moving »

The other day, I bought some milk and the milk was not good. I took it back, the guy give me very little but some lip, I just wanted an apology that is all. I told him " you have one job here, selling and selling the product in proper conditions and obviously you are not doing a very good job(he still did not say sorry) “

Why is SOOOOO HARD to find competent people, and at least recognize your errors so you can improve. How can a person learn anything if it is always somebody else’s fault.

We take it as a bonus when somebody does his/her job right when it should be the norm.
For the past few years, I have been trying to go the extra step and tell the people when they are doing a good job.

KUDOS pilot supply!
