Hey buddy, just go in there and be yourself. They'll want to hear about your experience(good and bad) tell them what you learned about the bad ones.

You probably already got a fairlly good job, so don't put too much pressure on yourself to get this one, although it is a good one, trust me.

Good Luck.

Hey,
It's all on situational stuff, tell us a time, etc.
The following is basically what was done in mine and questions asked.

Hi, how are ya, have a seat, blah, blah blah.

-Tell us about yourself and how you winded up in front of us.

-Why do you want to work for Jazz?

-What do you know about Jazz?

-Tell us a time when you made a poor decision at work.

-Tell us a time when you made a good decision at work.

-Tell of a conflict with another crew member/employee.

-Name a time when 2 other employees had a conflict and how you helped the situation.

-Name a time when you saw a safety concern and how you handled it.(could be you or another employee)

-Name a time that you made a non-negotiable decision? Tell us about it

-Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years.

-Are you willing to move?

-Any accidents or incidents?

-Are the cops lookin’ for ya? (ever been convicted of an offence that has not been pardoned)

-Ever had a conflict with a passenger?

-ARE YOU WILLING TO WORK FOR FREE?...just kidding, they never asked that one. Don’t think they care.

Then they give you the scoop on Jazz and ask if you have any questions.

THE END

They told me that it would be 2-3 weeks until I knew and sure enough 2 weeks today I got called for the sim.

Good Luck
