Cover Letter

Just wondering how important the cover letter is when applying on Workopolis. Anyone been hired without?

If you can't put the time and effort into writing a cover letter why would a company put their time and energy into interviewing you?

Well I'm not sure they will say that but as far as I'm concerned a resume and cover letter go hand in hand. One page - no problem, take 5 minutes to type it out.
