Island Air VS CFA @ YTZ (flight instructor rating)

I know I asked the question before but I seem to be getting mixed reactions on both of these schools regarding getting the instructor rating.
The weight seems to fall more towrds Island Air being better of the two as I need to make a decision between the two and wanting to hear more stories.
As well any other schools that potentially hire their graduates in Southern Ontario specifically the Hamilton, Kitchener, Guelph area.

Helinas,
go and visit the schools and ask the questions there.
See which one suits you best and ask about employment.
Dont leave it too long though as the five year cycle will be up before you decide. Its also gone up twofold since you first asked.

Have you read the thread that flight schools will need to now register as "colleges" and some flight schools will now only offer privates because CPLs and instructor ratings will no longer be provided???
Unless your gonna be doing this quickly, don't get screwed with, "oops, sorry we can no longer train you.."
Or, sure you're hired, But we only now do PPL training so you won't be building as much time as you wanted(since you mention employment)
Instructing might not be the best way to build time in the near future...
No opinions or thoughts on either school, just thoughts/opinions on picking this as a way to gain time...

CFA (Canadian Flight Academy) is located at CYOO.
You're probably thinking of Canadian Flyers who have a satellite at the Island.

The thread about the Private Career Colleges Act stated they had until mid-September, 2007 to register.

so is it fair to say that instructors will lose their jobs or get laid off? Because there won't be as much student traffic going on as it will become much more expensive to get your commercial licence now.
I guess becoming an instructor is probably not the best way to build up time in the near future.
