I recently had mine, I had 4700 hours, 2500 multi PIC turbine, 500 hours jet. They told me they have 1500 or so resumes on file, so there is no shortage of drivers wanting to join the teal team.

Good luck.

Nothing official yet but they did call to follow up. Says alot about a company when they take the time to call you just to let you know where you stand.
Here's hoping!!!!

Good luck KAG. Hiring is just getting sped up--looks like every three weeks for a new class, as opposed to 1 a month.

Good luck, make sure you let us know how it goes. Any insight you might shed on the interview and exam?

Later

A buddy of mine, in the know, says the exam has touched on quantum physics and huge equasions of mammoth proportion followed by an open book with no time limit and dynamic system schematics proportionately designed by proffessor wilson.

Looks good fellas, I may be an owner soon. if anyone wants any interview questions, PM me.

I did the interview a couple of weeks back, and true to their word, a weekly call to keep me up to date as what is going on. I am very impressed with how professional it went and continues to go. Nice to see a company who actually cares about it's employees, let alone it's potential employees.

Cheers

I have no idea about average times and experience but I can tell you that the number of newhires needed has been increased. Originally it was 8 every three weeks for a total of 120 in 2007 but now it's 12 for the next while for a total about 140.

Any idea if you get paid while you're in the initial ground school?

There used to be a training salary but now you start off at the $40K on day one. You can't contribute to the ESP until the third month so hopefully it allows for a smooth transition.
