Having your references checked?

Is having your references checked by AC a good sign? Or do they check everyone's? Still waiting for that call.

Cheers!!

Was your current boss aware that you were interviewing with AC? Why not ask him how the conversation went? From past candidate experiences the reference check with the current employer was generally the last step before a course was offered. It could be a case that the Chief Pilot requested AC delay hiring you so he can find a replacement and that's why you haven't heard anything yet.
