Seeking for a position at Navigation Canada

Just wondering if anybody know how the hiring procedures look like at Navigation Canada. Is there a specific website other than navcanada.ca? Do they use a recruiting agency? Any help or information leading to a right direction is greatly appreciated.

IT's Nav Canada, and not navigation Canada.

They only use their website for hiring. Having internal reference will help sort through their pool for the "right" resumé.
