quick like in...................................................oh! now your a captain?...why not just hire him as a Captain and pay accordingly.
Its done to make sure you are not a retard...from what I was told from similar companies they have every intention of putting you left seat right away but they want to make sure you can actually shoot an approach to mins...makes sense but they should be more up front about it. Problem is is that nothing is for sure so you may think its going to happen pay your bond and...DOH! you are sitting there for 6-12 months....
