proifr or moncton

Please i will like your opinion on the two schools especially as it concerns instument training and cpl-multi.

From what I know about Pro they'll get you done pretty quick on a multi-IFR as long as you have the INRAT written

went to moncton and like it very well laid out IFR.. each time you go up you have a lesson plan to follow..
friend is just doing his and had to steal my book as that flight school doesn't use any lesson plans just went up an flew..

ProIFR for sure. I did my multi-IFR there and they are quick and really knowledgable. You don't need an INRAT going in either, they hold 3 day seminars for it each month. They also have good equipment and 3 GPS certified GPS dutchesses, 5 planes total (soon).

How many hours did it take for both multi and ifr rating at pro-ifr? Good thing about moncton is that you can practice all types of approachs and holds within 10-15 nm of the airport. Aircraft rates are cheap and there is no tax.

They are both good schools. Have you gone to see either one in person, and if yes then which one did you feel more comfortable at. I went to MFC. Going to one or the other will not make or brake your resume... you will still be a 200 hr wonder. Moncton is a really nice town to live in. Some companies may have a preference for one school more then another but it will work both ways. No one school will put you way ahead of any other.

I have hearn nothing but good things from Pro-IFR. although my school was also good, when it really comes down to it, it's your instructor not the flight school.
