They'll probably ask you if you know how to work the ramp.

Or ask if you'd work for less than the posted salary. You know, be a good asset to the company.

Assuming you are planning on doing the ramp to pilot thing. If you search on this site there is a lot on the pilot interview at CMA. It tends to change a bit but you'll get the idea. I am not sure if you do the pilot interview and dispatch interview at the same time or not. Keep in mind that CMA is a "B" dispatch system so it is a bit more involved than at some other places. Be prepared to answer lots of questions about operations, regs, ect. From what I've been told it's not usually an easy how are you? Okay you're hired. It's an involved interview that you need to be ready for.

Good Luck
