Does anyboyd know much about company credit cards....
A company I used to work for has no money now, and isn't or never paid their credit card bills. And now the credit card company is trying to get the money from me and my ex/co-workers. The company tells us we aren't liable.... but credit card companys says different.
anybody run into any of the same problems before and what did you do.....

Some companies get you to put your name on the card and you get to pay it - they reimburse you. If you agreed to this, you're probably toast and will have to sue the company (Small Claims court) to get it back. Or if the co. goes T.U. you will be a creditor...
Your name must be on the card or the bill went to your house, otherwise how would they know its you?
I really hope I'm wrong. Nothing like the bad taste of paying for a load of fuel that you won't get reimbursed for.

"What's it doing now?"
"Fly low and slow and throttle back in the turns."

If you are in Ontario phone the Ontario Ministry of business and consumer affairs and file a complain and that would stop them..

I did not even have to do that , the OMBCA agent told me to write a letter and send it in registered mail and that was it.
Make sure to write (You are to contact me by writing ONLY if Needed).
make it bold.
Good luck
