Phone interview

Can anyone shed some light on what takes place in the WJ phone interview as I have one next week. If you can PM me that would be great. Im curious on what to expect. Specific examples would help.

search this forum....there is a tonne of info over the last 18 months about all things interview-ish...

that being said 2 behavioral type questions, the rest is laid back.

Best of luck!
Most of the talking is done by HR, and then there are a couple Q's (tell me a time when...), and an overview of the training, benefits etc.
