Can we as engineers sign passports? just wondering if that last part of ame was acctually worth somthing

At this point we can't. However, Passport Canada will be relaxing the signature requirements very shortly here and the requirements will be changed and/or in some cases wavied all togather.

Prime purpose is to lessen the backlogs of processing the passports.

There is something a bit suspicious about a dude in a ninja mask asking about being able to sign passports...if this was below the 49th you'd be in Gitmo already!
