Opening for Low time pilot

A past employer asked me to help him find a pilot to do some farm photography for the summer. A chance to get paid quite well, bulid some time, and learn. If you don't mind living out of a suitcase for the summer, and are flexable and easy going, PM me.

When would I...I mean...this theorhetical low time pilot have to start? And what kind of time and experience would they have to have? Floats? Tailwheel?
