Dude, that was like punching a retarded kid in a wheel chair. Blastor can't help what he says or does. Just make sure Blastor's helmet is on tight, keep sharp objects out of his hands, and wipe the drool from his mouth every now and then!

Aeroplan profit jumps 56%

MONTREAL — — — Loyalty marketing firm Aeroplan Income Fund says its second-quarter earnings jumped 56 per cent to $49.5 million as revenue rose more than 20 per cent.

The Aeroplan limited partnership, owned by the fund, posted earnings of 24.79 cents a unit for the quarter ended June 30, up from 15.88 cents per unit a year ago, the Montreal-based income fund said Thursday.

Gross billings rose 12.5 per cent to $238.9 million and revenue for the quarter was $220.3 million, up 20.7 per cent, driven by increased redemption activity and higher breakage revenue.

“In the second quarter, Aeroplan reinforced its commitment to best serving the needs of our members and partners with key executive appointments in finance, marketing and member products and services, as well as those made to our board just after the second quarter ended,” CEO Rupert Duchesne said in a release. “These appointments are of strategic importance as Aeroplan moves forward with its independent growth plans.”

Aeroplan is a travel miles spinoff from Air Canada parent ACE Aviation Holdings.

On May 24, 2007, ACE distributed 18 million units of Aeroplan Income Fund to its shareholders. As a result, ACE now holds about 62.3 million units of the fund, representing a 31.1 per cent stake.

“The increase in billings reflects growth in consumer spending and credit and charge card usage, which translates into increased volume from the credit and charge card accumulation partners; as well as the positive momentum experienced by the travel industry in general,” the company said.

That's what happened to you.. No wait I think you were normal at one point. But all those kids at school were just so mean to you. Then you began to act out. Mom tried to take you to a doctor, who has you on phenobarbatol and ritalin. Your mom tried so hard to help you but she has just had it. Now she hides you in the basement, so the ladies from the club won't see you....How embarassing.
