Pay vs Benefits

Are you talking about the Dental / Medical benefits? If so they are good, but you end up paying $325 a month for them.

Swervin, How many do kids you have on the benefits? I'm only paying 199.90 for the family benefits with wife and 2 kids. Or are you including the pension deductions aswell?

I've got the same as you I'm also counting the LTD and STD benefit payments. If I'm not mistaken Captains are paying around $600 a month for the same benefits.
