You won't find a finer group of people to work with, that being said morale is in the toilet. Mainly because we know how good of a job we used to have and it's all gone down the toilet, while we watch the managers take 2 - 300% pay raises.

well thats good to hear. It is understandable why they are upset. Nobody likes having things taken away from them. I think swervin was just sayin that the moralle is down not that he doesnt have fun.

The most important thing for me is that i work with people who respect eachother and take pride in their work and try to take pride in their company. After that, as long as i can afford to have a beer at the end of the day then things could always be worse. Any high hopes for the 2009 contract?

Don't be put off by all the doom and gloom people seem to post here about Jazz. At the end of the day its not a bad place to be working. As for 2009 alot of people believe that things will improve.
