Upgrade times

Howdy,

What are realistic upgrade times right now at Jazz? For DH8 & CRJ YYZ,YUL,YHZ,YYC,YVR?

They have 17 year copilots out west, and 7ish year upgrades in YUL/YYZ. If you were hired today, it would be alooooooong time.

If you are willing to take the bottom captaincy in YYZ or YUL, I would suggest a possible upgrade at/about year 5, providing those 17 year f/o's etc in the west and east stay put...

For interest, while there is no published 'retirement list' that I know of, like the ones from former CAIL and AC (maybe still there from ACPA?), I've been told that 2012 is when large retirement numbers will start at Jazz....
