Gear UP scenario Questions
What would you do?
1) Both mains down, nose gear up. Do you fold the gear up or land on the two good gears?
2) Nose and One Main down, one main up. Do you fold the gear up or land on the two good gears?
3) Both mains up and only the nose down. Do you fold the gear up or land just on the nose wheel?
Now would you answer these questions differently if you were in Say a DHC8 (engines above the wing) versus say a 737 with (the engines below the wing)

Don't know anything about DHC8s or 737 so I won't answer that.

The Airplane Flight Manual will give you the experts answers.
The average pilot, despite the somewhat swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy and caring.
These feelings just don't involve anyone else.

What if it"s a cessna 150 on your first solo? Might as well do a few loops and slow barrel rolls and then hands off and call the flight school on your cell phone and ask for your money back.

1 - land with the gear down, hang the nose till as slow as possible. Have both props feathered and shut down before nose drops to prevent damage.
2 - (my case) feather and stop engines in flare, land favouring the good side, land slightly to the good side of runway, when wing touches use opposite rudder and alot of break to keep straight.
3 - I might consider bellying landing this one, or land normally and shut down engines on rollout. depends if I think I will have forward vis or not.
Just watch when you feather the props, you will gain about 10 kts and might float or ballon.
The feet you step on today might be attached to the ass you're kissing tomorrow.
