Narrative: A mechanic on board a Northwest Airlines Inc flight NWA1501 a McDonneld Douglas DC was at the gate in Toronto (CYYZ) and, pushed a wrong button which caused the tail cone of the aircraft to fall off, and deploy the emergency parachute.
