Remember to tie up any of those 'tell about a time stories' with an example of what you learned, good or bad. IE "I now know that pinching the FA's ass was not the best way to say hello, and learned from that experience to never do it again"
Joking aside, its more that they want to know your human, and that you've made some good decisions or learned from some stupid mistakes. I get by on the latter.

Have your resume in front of you so you can follow along.
As WJ700 said that when you tell a story make sure you can really state what you learned from the experience, try and turn negatives into positives.

When they ask you about a conflict you have had... just make sure you end your story with the conflict being resolved!

like how you resolved it by getting the upgrade due to a captain crashing his car when his brakes failed mysteriously....

...and that had you drank less beer at lunch hour in highschool that you could have learned more about brakes sooner in autoshop, and learned to advance fast like others in this wonderful industry...
