Just wondering when the current WJ pilots contract comes up for renegotiation? Is there anything that's high on the list for the pilot group in terms of wants?

I suggest you ask them to stop saying "that there" less during the PA's. (ie: "that there seat belt", "reach into that there seat pocket", "that there seat belt sign", "who owns that there cowboy hat?", etc)

They aren't 'contracts', as we aren't unionized employee groups. They are 'agreements'.

But back the contract/agreement issue, I do admire the relatively small size, and readability of the WJ pilot agreement. Unlike the 200+ page novel that we contend with...Written by lawyers for lawyers.

Our contract will always be 200 pages long. Yes it could be simplified but it would still be a thick book. We work in a much different environment and require a contract, not an "agreement". The day we have an agreement is the day I send out resumes. The contract is a necessary evil.
