I am interviewing soon with CGAA. I am just wondering what things are like now since they have got their OC back? Is there new management?

What is salary like?
Schedule?
Guaranteed Days Off?
Upgrade time?
Hrs per month flown?
Working atmosphere nice?
Changes made since they got the OC back?
BOND??
Job security

Please if anyone can inform me, either by PM, or posting that would be great. I really don't want to move myself and my family for a job that not be worthwhile.
