Since joining Flair in early 22, I’ve only overnighted once. And that was only because the weather was too low to land.

Yeah… well.. that’s easy to say when you’re in the top 10% of seniority.

When you get there(retire), you will enjoy every hour of it that’s a given. In the interim, plug away at life and stay loose.

A job that offers best lifestyle / best employer would obviously be great, but I'm looking for anything at this point really.

Hi everyone. Just curious to know if there are any pilot jobs in Canada that keep you home every night, provide weekends off, and have decent pay?

Wrong industry but definitely stay away from managed aircraft!
