For someone who knows for sure this answer, does Morningstar now have caravans based out of YYZ? I've been noticing them parked on the ramp at Fed-Ex over the past few months...and where do they fly?

yes, they do have a caravan at YYZ. Seen it leaving alot but no idea as to where it goes. And, it has been there for a couple of years, at least!

MAL 8989 leaves YYZ each morning somewhere around 830am for Sault Ste. Marie, comes back around 4pm as MAL 7989.
Basically you show up on the ramp in the morning when the Fedex jet from Memphis arrives, wait for them to sort the cargo and then load your aircraft. You blast off to the outstation, wait for most of the day, then fly that days new Fedex cargo back to YYZ in the late afternoon to hook back up with the Fedex jet which then heads to Memphis.
I don't work for MAL but a feeder company in the US, same deal.
