Good equipment. The pilots are all pretty good shits. It's a little top heavy on the top end. From really good sources, still not pilot friendly though. They have a union. They need a union. Interline agreements, which are good. Be prepared to work the ramp (Wasaya's still in the dark ages that way) and sign many bonds, even after you've been working there for a while. The CP is a good guy, and his assistant CP is a really good guy, other than that, keep a low profile, get some good time, and head out.

I haven't worked there in over a year, but if it's still the same way, there will be two bonds (unless you were already trained on the a/c type before. Bonded on the first two aircraft that require sim/ftd training. The bond is paid back to you on top of your salary, so they won't try paying you back with your own money. As a captain the pay is quite decent. If it weren't for a dream job opportunity that has me living a stones throw from all of mine and my wife's families, I would still be there today. I can honestly say there wasn't one day in the two years that I worked there that I woke up and thought to myself, "I don't want to go to work today."

Wasaya is not a 2 shabby place

PC 12 F/O around 800hrs -1000hrs, will get you a job
Pay is 30.90 per Flight Credit
Guaranteed 60 credits a month with a 75 on average for YQT pilots.
Summer hours can be high in the 110 a month with a slower period as low as 60.
YXl pilots fly the most, Yqt is next with YTS pilots flying the least but to the best destinations
No Bond for PCC

1900 - Upgrade time is anywhere from as little 3 to 8 months pending available slots
10 (ish) grand bond for 1 year as co-jo. The Per credit pay is more, but you make less credits so it really is essentially the same pay as a 12 F/O.
Upgrade time is 7months - 1 year
Upgrade time to Captain is pending availability, competence and around 2500TT

12 Captain comes next
54$ a credit so it is somewhat cushy

1900 Captain after that
Just like a captain & FO on the 1900, you get more per credit but perform less credits so minor difference in year end pay

After PC 12/FO is an option
2 week rotation in and our of pickle lake
Usually just min on the credits 43$ I think

Van Driver
After PC-12 F/O is an option
Either full time red lake
Or
2 weeks in and out of Pickle Lake
Pay is ok, not the best.

Wasaya has some of the best hands on flying
Pay is not bad (could always be better though )
Pilots are good

You are not making 500,000$ yet, wearing Armani flying to Rome so....
