Maybe this is a no-brainer, but should I be wearing a suit to the interview or would business casual be ok? I've got plenty of ties however the cash to buy a suit is not there.
Suggestions?

Buy and return
There are many stores with a liberal return policy. Don't cut the tags off, just tuck them in.

I've got an image of a question to the effect of "How did you prepare for this interview?"
Or "Tell me about a time you found a creative business solution in your career?"

Go to The Bay or Moores, and pony up for a cheap 'Marryem Berriam' suit - it'll always come in useful..

Considering the pilots are bonded a couple thousand for a nice Armani suit, I would wear a suit to the interview. They don't seem like a blue collar shop.
