That is just sick for so many reasons. With the high instance of coronary disease in the USA, why would you encourage a single person to consume that in a single sitting! FREE TSHIRT! WTF! What kind of culture have we made? This is gluttony at it's finest.

There is no denying the health effects but when it comes to food, I am not my brothers keeper. Let me know when I can be affected by second hand calories and cholesterol and I will jump on a band wagon.
I don't argue the health care costs blah, blah because there are many many ways in which the health care system is abused.

A decade or two ago , Ptarmigan Inn, Banff Alberta restaurant , had a sign in the window
40 oz steak, all the trimmings -a hell of a lot of trimmings-eat it all and it was free.
Having won the cheeseburger eating contest in high school by a wide margin, -I what the hell tried it. Barely, barely finished it. Everybody staring at me during the 45 minute, no bathroom break, time limit.
Would have cost forty-something dollars if I'd failed. Free big dinner. Went up to my room and layed there , like a boa constictor that's just ate three goats. lol.
This burger is 20 some ounces bigger. No way. Not for a T shirt , anyway.
On the other hand...if I starved down for two, three days....brought a portable defib unit.....*Edmund Hillary scratches chin and looks at the Mountain.....*
