Love Letter to WestJet Employees

Dear Management, Employees and Stockowners of WestJet.

Hello and good day to all you super fine folks. I am Robert-Arthur of the Menard Family and I am a Sovereign Freeman-on-the-Land. I am also the founder and Interim Director of the World Freeman Society as well as the founder of the Elizabeth Anne Elaine Society. As a society we are dedicated to helping to establish a freer and more just society for all, where government authority is secured without deception and exercised with restraint, understanding, compassion and accountability. I am a political activist and engage in activities some people in the government do not like, as I cause people to question instead of blindly obey, and those addicted to power do not like it when people do such things.

On Saturday last I tried to fly with your wonderful company and was denied boarding apparently due to interference from faceless and nameless bureaucrats in Transport Canada. It appears to me to be a politically motivated and unlawful interference with my rights because of my political actions. I was really looking forward to the flight and the destination and was disappointed and saddened when denied and that denial cost me considerable opportunities and as I am someone who was once willing to stand on guard for this country and the freedoms and rights it affords us, I felt betrayed by the people in the government and their interpretation and application of the regulations. I do however appreciate the courtesy, professionalism and friendliness of those who I met while my rights were being denied and I am sorry that what was a promising and beautiful relationship has been derailed by the jealousy and insane demands of an ex partner of mine. I told them to just leave me alone but they can't seem to get it in their mind that I no longer wish to associate with them, and as such refuse to submit or abandon, or to apply or beg.

At issue here is the requirements apparently placed upon you and I by a third party before we can continue to develop our loving and peaceful relationship, one full of rainbows, happy puppies and loads of human dignity and respect for all. Don't worry, I promise we will find our remedy and resolve this situation very quickly and once again we will be holding hands in the garden of kindness, by the fountain of compassion under the trees of understanding. However I will require a little of your help to do this, and I need to explain to you what my objections are to seeking remedy in the manner demanded by the people in the government. I think of all the people out there, you folks may be the quickest to pick up on the situation, as you yourselves are stockowners and likely holders of securities in your company and the situation is very similar to that.

I want you to know it is not my love and admiration or respect for you all that has diminished, but my love for my country and the rights it affords us has grown, and as such I will be going to court to seek a judicial review of the regulations and application of them on someone such as myself, a Sovereign Freeman-on-the-Land. I feel this is my duty and will benefit the whole of the nation, although it may seem that I am in conflict with you. I assure you that is not the case and invite you all as employees of WestJet, stockowners of the same, and believe it or not as stock owners of the legal entity known as CANADA to stand against these ludicrous and freedom eroding regulations and the faceless and unaccountable bureaucrats who seem intent on destroying, the rights and freedoms so many sacrificed for, and creating a fascist police state full of beggars who have abandoned their rights.

The government claims that the regulations are needed to ensure the safety and security of travelling public and informed us of the existence of a so called no-fly list and explained the process by which names would be included and how they could be removed judicially if one disputed the decision to be placed upon that list. It established a duty on the government to have a very good reason in order to deny anyone the right to travel by flight, and these reasons had to be revealed to the affected traveller. Also it is only the people on the list who are clearly and specifically denied the right to travel, usually because they are a perceived threat to the public. The remedy available if you have been denied an opportunity to fly is available only to those who are on the no-fly list and if you are not on the list the remedy is not available.

Now we find out that not only is there a 'no-fly' list but there is a much larger and hidden 'ok-to-fly' list consisting of those who may fly because they have government issued identification. I was denied the right to travel, and to be with those I love, not because my name is on the no fly list, but because it is not on the 'ok to fly' list. This is one of the most concerning developments and is a destruction of many rights, including the right to determine with whom we associate and what we abandon.

I know many people just go along and do what is expected without examination of the consequences and happily they dance in ignorance. So many have drivers license and SINs and have never read the legislation under which they applied for the permission or license. The people in the government like that a lot and work hard to achieve that situation. They use a language called Legalese which although sounds like English is a language all of its own. Let us examine what it is the government wants me to do in order for them to stop interfering with my previously and I claim still existing rights.

They want to restrict travel on airlines to those who posses identification issued by the government. On the face and to those who are ignorant of the law that seems reasonable. They don't put you on the no fly list, as then you could go to court and force them to explain why they were interfering with your right to travel, and if their only excuse was that you had not submitted an application to them to be issued identification, their argument would be so ludicrous on its face it would have to be rejected out right. On it's face asking that we submit an application to be issued identification does not seem like a very onerous requirement, but when we look at the meanings of the words and the consequences and ramifications of these actions something very disturbing becomes rapidly apparent. It is not about safety at all, it is a deception resulting in a diminishing of rights. Now in order to get what they say I must have, I will have to engage in a legal action consisting of submitting an application. The identification will then be 'issued' as opposed to merely provided. These words all mean something and we will now examine exactly what.

First bear in mind that nothing not issued by the government is acceptable to them. I could go get a police background check done which would include my whole life story and clearly identify me for who I am and establish that I am a good and decent man who is in no way a threat to anyone's safety or security. Thus the stated reasons for the requirements would be met, but the unstated and true reasons for the regulations would not be. This would not suffice to them even though the standards of identification for what I suggest are far greater than that provided by the requirements in the regulations. Also bear in mind there is a very large difference between someone who provides something for you and someone who issues something to you. It is all about power and who has the authority and these people who are supposed to be our servants are now restricting our rights, unless we first abandon other rights, apparently voluntarily and then beg them for their benefits. Little known fact: the deceivers in the government rely upon is the word application and submission and most people have no idea what those words mean.

To submit, legally means to abandon something, usually discretion or rights and to apply means to beg. Now in this country why should I be required to abandon one body of rights to exercise another body of rights? Why should I have to beg for identification from people who are supposed to be our servants, which they claim I must have to exercise my right to travel by airline instead of being able to secure it by way of a demand? Why when it is provided do they insist it be deemed as issued instead of merely provided? When have you ever been issued anything and not been in an employee/employer relationship or in some form of contract? I will tell you. NEVER. The act of accepting an issue of anything, is to accept a position of subservience to the one issuing. In the army equipment is issued. Likely in your employment you are also issued things. Would you be issued these if you were not in contract with WestJet or were not their employee? The answer of course is no. The act of issuing something evidences an employee/employer relationship with the one issuing being the employer. Almost always this is the case when dealing with things such as uniforms, equipment and identification cards being issued. This is why the government insists that the identification be issued by them and why they do not use the word provided. They are deceiving us all into voluntarily abandoning our rights and then begging them for privileges. They want to be able to claim that we voluntarily abandoned our rights and begged to be employed by them and people like me who refuse for spiritual reasons to do so are then denied our right to travel and the remedy that would be available, if they were acting according to their mandates.

Another thing that is very disturbing about their actions is the resulting relationship and association created by doing what they demand we do before we exercise our rights. Have you ever heard of a ward of the state or a child of the province? It means by your actions you have identified yourself as incompetent and as such the people in the government can treat you like you are a child and they now have the power to act as your guardian, trustee and nanny. Know how they secure this power? They rely upon you submitting an application, or in language you can more easily understand, they convince you to abandon your rights and beg them for benefits. This turns you legally speaking from a Freeman to a child of your province, and you are in the eyes of the law now a child and subject to all the regulations and orders they make, just like a child is subject to the will of their nanny. You abandoned, you begged, you never had to do so and they claim you did it voluntarily, therefore your security can be managed for you as they can act as your trustee.

Never forget: to apply means to beg, to submit means to abandon and if you are issued anything by anyone they are now in a position of power over you and are legally your employer. Do we not have the right anymore to decide for ourselves for whom we shall work? Do we not have the right to decide with whom we will associate? Is what we abandon not up to us to decide? Can we be obliged to beg our servants and thus abandon our rights, before we exercise our rights they swore to uphold and protect? The requirements the demand is in fact that I engage in a contract with them, before I engage in one with you people. I like you folks for you are courteous, professional, and treat me with dignity and respect. I do not wish to associate with them, they are deceivers, and extortionists.

This is how fascism and tyranny starts. Using deception, threats of force or by holding our rights hostage, they demand we abandon one body of rights and then have the gall to claim we did it voluntarily. How can anyone claim our actions in securing identification from them by way of an application and submission is voluntary when they also claim we need it to exercise our right to travel? Extortion does not generate consent and without consent people in this common law jurisdiction have no right to govern, regulate or demand anything from another. They have no right to restrict my ability to travel if my name is not on the list and the idea that I could be placed upon it for refusal to abandon my existing rights is ludicrous. This is why I am not on the list yet not allowed to fly.

The effect is that those who are aware of the deception relied upon by the people in the government, or who have maintained or achieved their status as a Sovereign are effectively denied the right to travel on airlines and there is nothing in the Act justifying this unlawful interference with those rights. Wanna see for yourself how their deception works? Let us deconstruct just for fun the regulations they have crafted in order to convince you that you have the duty to stop people like me from enjoying your amazing airline and unparalleled service , and see if it withstands basic logical analysis and scrutiny.

It states you will ask to see government issued identification. It does not say demand, nor does it clearly and specifically state anywhere that those without government issued identification will be denied boarding. Now bear in mind Acts and regulations which have the intent of affecting previously enjoyed rights must do so clearly, specifically and unequivocally. If a right is not mentioned, it must be deemed to be completely unaffected. They do not have the power to remove rights by not mentioning them. Rights not mentioned are unaffected, not extinguished. Where does it say that if I fail to show you government issued identification I am to be denied the opportunity to board? It should say it clearly, specifically and unequivocally and not merely be implied or subject to interpretation. It needs to flat out clearly state that those without identification issued by the government the right to travel is to be restricted. It must not be the result of your interpretation nor can it be implied or suggested. It must say so clearly, specifically and unequivocally. Can anyone show me that? I did not think so. If they had stated it flat out instead of relying upon the ignorance of the general population to assume it, the regulations would never pass a legal constitutional challenge, but it does not say that and it is people not trained in the language of the law nor in the interpretation of statutes who in their ignorance claim I need to have government issued identification to exercise my right to travel and contract. It is how they work, they rely on fear and ignorance to get you to do tyheir dirty work which they would never do themselves.

It does not say that anywhere and in order to point to anything resembling that, one must make huge leaps and engage in legal determinations. Unless it says that those who do not have government issued id are to be denied the right to board, then that right is not affected, but the people who craft those regulations know how to do so to confuse and misdirect. They are like magicians with their words. Now you see it now you don't. I challenge any of you to show me the part of that regulation that clearly and specifically states that those without identification issued by the government are to be denied the right to board and fly. Neither you, nor the people in the government, nor any number of high priced lawyers will be able to do so, and yet you folks enforce it as if it does somewhere say that you can. Rights are not destroyed or affected by assumptions and unless you can show where the need for government issued identification is mention, then denying me my right to travel was an unlawful act, a breach of your contract with me, and an unacceptable erosion of the rights of the people whom you serve and upon whose permission you rely upon to continue doing business in our sky. This is my country, and if you have the ability to make a profit flying in what is in part my airspace, then you have a corresponding duty to provide your services to me if I wish and denying those services because I am a Sovereign who refuses to abandon my rights and beg for benefits is an abandonment of your duty to the people you claim to serve. I do of course realize that pressure was unlawfully placed upon you by the people in Transport Canada and that they are engaging in extortion. I will be meeting with some good members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, binding them to their peace officer status and and they will initiate an investigation into these activities and likely lay a charge of extortion against the Minister of Transport.

Now in order to seek a judicial review of these policies and the remedy offered I will also be initiating action in Federal Court and this is where we either have to part company or join forces. It is my hope we can work together to bring action against Transport Canada because they are interfering with both our rights to lawfully contract and they are restricting your customer base to those who have been duped into abandonment of rights and begging for documents through the acts of submission and application and I am actively establishing a global society of Sovereign Freemen who will simply refuse to abandon their rights, or beg, or as you have been conditioned to call it, submit and apply.

I think it is a sad state of affairs when the people we trusted to be our servants are obstructing our rights unless we abandon our property to them and beg them for what they have been paid to provide and doing so in a manner that then allows them to legally claim we are incompetent, because we abandoned and begged and they are in charge of us, because we accepted something being issued to us. You may ask why would they do that? What is at stake and what would they have to gain? Remember earlier when I said you folks would be likely to understand this more easily then many because you are stockowners of WestJet? Well believe it or not, you are also one of the owners of this wonderful place called Canada and it is governed by a not so wonderful corporation called CANADA and you own shares in both. I believe there are documents evidencing your share and my share (just like there is for you in WestJet) and they are worth a whole bunch of money, and apparently many people like that stuff. A lot. I of course prefer puppies. However puppies are not what they are after, it is money and control. Now lets say you own stock in Canada. Are you holding your own certificates and administrating your own affairs, ie collecting the dividends, like you do with WestJet? Or are the people in the government holding them for you and administrating your affairs on your behalf as a fiduciary trustee because you abandoned and begged? Do they see you as an incompetent and ignorant child and as their ward because of it?

Well I have a lot to do in the coming weeks and I need to inform you I will be bringing action against Transport Canada and the Minister of Transport in Federal court and since I am now motivated will also be starting action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia to establish that the common law right to travel is still alive and able to be exercised in British Columbia and interfering with that right is unlawful. Believe it or not, we all have the right to get on the highway, and travel in our own privately owned and unregistered automobile, and as it is not registered it is not a 'motor vehicle' and thus not subject to the Motor Vehicle Act and subsequent regulations. I am going to establish that. I am also going to be bringing a class action suit to establish that the regulations are in fact extortion, and sine the timing seems rights, I will be using section 337 of the Criminal Code of Canada to make some demands on certain parties for the return of certain valuable securities.

I sincerely hope may actions do not harm any of you or your organization and that one day we can once again enjoy our lawful peaceful contractual intercourse without interference from extortionists and deceivers who want to intercourse me first.

I also sincerely hope that you will all as employees, stock owners and management decide to join forces with me, and as you will likely have to hire a lawyer anyway, it would likely be far cheaper and certainly easier to pay them to work with me and against these ludicrous regulations and the unlawful manner in which they are being applied. I am quite certain that will result in larger dividend cheques for you all every quarter and will have the added benefit of bringing some beautiful public relations opportunities, as well as greater freedom to all of Canada, and eventually you could be the airline of The World Freeman Society, and although we are only 6 months old we already have thousands of members across the Commonwealth and beyond, and we are growing exponentially, therefore it just makes good business sense for us to work together. To show my good faith and resolve, I will be asking people all over Canada and the Commonwealth to book flights on your airline. When they show up they will not have government issued identification but will have more then enough to establish identity and peaceful disposition and spirit. If you deny them their right to travel, they will join a class action suit and collect ten times the value of the ticket from either you folks if you decide to work against us, or from Transport Canada if you work with us, and if you work with us, then that money will likely be spent on airline tickets on the very best airline on the planet. See it is really just good business sense.

Many of you may think I am an anti-government nut-job, but in my view I am a pro-good-government unique and often comical individual with a good heart and a powerful brain and I am not shy of using either, although I often could use them both a little better. I have been affectionately described as 'intermittently tolerable'. Being responsible and caring and sharing peace and abundance, instead of acting like children and abandoning rights and begging for documents. Like the people in the government want us to. See this is why the government does not want me flying, not because I am a danger to safety, but because my words, beliefs and political actions are a danger to their tenuous hold on authority, and they do not want me going around and informing people of their rights, and of the governments deception. But they can bite me, because their is no way I am abandoning my rights and begging them to issue me something in order to fly with you folks again. There has to be another way, and I promise you all I will find it and once again fly without being in possession of anything issued to me by the government.

a society under threat requires a shared sacrifice to protect it. Some make a big sacrifice like going and dying in places like Afghanistan, some a small one like showing govt. ID. I can handle my small sacrifice.

I think this might fall under the, "there's bigger fish to fry" category.

Sexist? Anyone who knows me knows that is not the case.
As for sacrificing for my society, I do so and unlike many I can actually name my society and it exists legally.
If you can't tell me the name of the society you claim to belong to, and by that I mean it full legal name, then I calim you do not belong to one at all, and you thinking you do is just more of the governments deception.

Tell me the name of the society you believe you are a member of.

Incidentally, a society is defined as a number of people joined by mutual consent to deliberate, determine and act for a common goal. See the need for mutual consent? You and I do not share membership in the same society, as yours is imaginary and mine is actual. And an lack of consent to pretend I am in your imaginary society does not ,mean my existing rights can be affected.
People who talk about their so called society, but can't tell me the legal name of their society are like children with imaginary friends.

Well you west jet employees sure are nice and understanding. Went to court today and got some documents, spoke with a lawyer and called the RCMP with whom I have an appointment and will be swearing out an information and taking it to court. I will be serving my fee schedule on both West Jet and The Minister of Transportation and that starts at $2500 per hour. As for the John Baird and your CEO, there is a thing called the Criminal Code of Canada and it is against the law to engage in extortion. Well it was nice to see what you folks are really like, shallow and clique and with about as much intelligence and warmth as one would expect from any other sophomoric servers in any cheap restaurant. And the idea that you would be willing to abandon the very rights others were willing to die for is a betrayal of their sacrifice.

In any event, I don't think I am going to feel too badly about bringing a whole lot of public attention to the act of extortion your organization has engaged in, and when I have a chance to speak in public I will be sure to mention the cold and heartless responses received from the folks here. Incidentally, I do stand up comedy, when my right to travel is not being infringed upon, and I think I can get a great ten minute bit about all this,and about how the servers at Hooters have more heart and intelligence. And they are much easier to look at too!

Bye now, I am going to see if I can have your Christmas bonus cut in half with my fee schedule. Incidentally, there will be more and more people coming to fly without government issued ID and they too will have fee schedules of $2500 an hour, or $60K a day. Now I know many of you children will scoff at the idea of a fee schedule, but I guarantee your lawyers are not, neither is your management and when just a few people do it, you will see a big difference in your pay checks and profit sharing dividends.

Hello Freeman. I think I missed something here. If I read this correctly you are taking Westjet and the Minister of Transport to court because they are guilty of accessory to extortion, and you are charging them $2500 dollars an hour which presumably is your own fee for extortion.

Please please please let us know when this all transpires because I can't wait to read about it.

ps. You don't happen to live in Waco TX do you?
