Ok this is wierd but I need to know.....

When I'm dropping the kids off at the pool in a public washroom and some one walks in I'm too embarassed so I plug my ears....you know...if I can't hear it then no one else can.

Is that wierd?

You are responsible for this fear.

Don't you dare abdicate responsibility for this to someone or something else.

Take control of your thoughts, emotions, feelings.

It's really easy. Make the choice.

You can argue about free will somewhere else, but for the time being, I am assuming volition is real, and not imaginary.

Use whatever ounce of self-direction you have and take control of your own mind.

Unless you think your perfect.

Then by all means, live in fear.
