Transact: Can anybody log on?
On my medical 6 month ago I tried to log on to transact to download and pay my bribe of $55 to keep flying. I could not, for the life of me log in before it timed out. After a few tries I gave up in disgust and haven't tried since. Now I have a bill from their collection agency and of course a new bill to log on and download to pay on line and the damned Transact web page times out again. How the hell do these ass*hole at Transport expect us to pay if we cannot get a bill from them. You see, once you agree to and sign up for online billing you don't get the bill unless you log on after getting a reminder email. Why don't they just email us the bill directly.
Anybody from TC want to intervene and improve this system.
I wonder if I can get away with this 10 more times. Then I will be ready to quit flying.

Crap shoot. I give it one try and then I forget it. Wait 'til they send you a bill with a phone number on it then call them.
Their website is great - for the '80s.

"What's it doing now?"
"Fly low and slow and throttle back in the turns."

Who is ARC accounts recovery corporation? Is it part of TC or and independent collection agency? That's where my oldest $55 bill er bribe request is.

Re: Transact: Can anybody log on?
It's likely a contracted company. The government contracts a number of different "collection agencies"... Talked about a bit here:

How not to design a payment website
It's faster for me to walk up to the post office, buy a stamp and mail the check
CRA has managed to sign up with the banks so you can pay them directly out of your bank account, just like I can do with hydro, gas, telephone, water, city taxes, Home Depot ...
TC -- talk to CRA!
