Hi there,
Does anyone know how, or better yet, have personally registered a US aircraft as a non citizen corporation? I want to buy a plane, but I really dont want to import it to Canada, as most of its time will be in the US anyway.

Can't be done the U.S. Government would view that as fraud. A Canadian cannot own a U.S. aircraft through a false front such as a non citizen U.S. corp.

There's a number of businesses that will set up a trust in Delaware that legally owns the a/c for your benefit. Most of the a/c under a Delaware trust are US because of state personal property tax. Google and do your due diligence.
Check the CARs for how many days a year a foreign registered a/c can be in Canada.
There's quite a few Canadians who register their a/c to an Alberta Corporation to save on provincial sales tax.
