Instrument Procedures Manual CD

Hello!
Does anyone have a copy of the "Instrument Procedures Manual" on CD?
It is not available anymore (just like the printed copy). I think it's embarrassing to be in Canadian aviation and not have this resource available.
Anyway, I would be most interested in purchasing this from you.
