I can't wait for the Discovery channel to do "ICE RAMPIES- THOMPSON".

From what I've heard of the lifestyle, I think it would be a GREAT show! :supz:

A number of years ago (15  ), I was a huge fan of a TLC show called "The Operation." It showed a different patient undergoing some sort of surgery every week: Hip replacement, Knee surgery, Gall Bladders and the like. I found it really interesting. I sat down and watched some TLC programming last night. They should change the channel name to The Freak Show - morbidly obese people (750lbs+!! ) having bariatric surgery, single moms with 8 kids, families with 19 kids, dwarves; you name it, and they had a show.

Everybody loves a circus...

Midgets are all the rage now.

Big planet little people,
the one about a normal bakery except it is owned and operated by little people.

Reality shows literally about half height people going about their daily lives.

The only reason you or I are not on television picking our noses, is because of our average height.

Remember when TLC used to not completely blow donkey cock?

Oh Junkyard Wars, we barely knew thee....

An unfortunate fact of broadcasting in the 2010 era.

The desired target audience is the magic demographic is the 18 to 34 year old male ... secondary target 25 to 54 female .... who can obtain credit.

The Learning Channel was going down the tube with "high brow" programming. This required TLC to dumb down and go for the mindless 18 to 34 male who just can't possibly live without whatever product is being hyped ... just because "Buddy" has one. Hence, the sad state of TLC and other TV networks that are all dogs chasing the same rabbit, and each of them are in really bad financial shape, with heavy debt and zero cash or credit reserve for high cost productions which will not net them an immediate large increase in that 18 to 34 male market.

I have found a new low in TV court room shows ... you have to check this one out....the owner of a "Naked Maid House Cleaning Service" a business is suing a job applicant who has defamed him on the internet.

Just too hilarious ... ya just can't write scripts that are this funny.

Let's go to Harvey Levin and .... The People's Court, with Judge Marilyn Milian ...
