ACE steps up delivery of regional jets for Jazz and AC

Post by Rebel »

ACE is speeding up the delivery of two Embraer regional jets for AC and leasing another eight CRJ200 for Jazz. The CRJ200 are probably former Independence Air. More information to follow..

Yeah.....I heard that at work today. I guess that will mean even more hiring at Jazz unless they are replacing Dash 8's one for one.

According to what I read from the Jazz MEC the aircraft are additional airframes as opposed to replacements. Apparently AC, ACPA, Jazz and ALPA are to meet soon to see if there are any objections to the extra a/c.

Hopefully hiring for these and the previous identified vacancies will get under way soon, rumoured to be by summer.
